Lillian Kossman

Lillian Kossman has been working in the field of customer success and client coordination. In 2021, they started working at Travelers Haven as a Client Success Coordinator, where they were responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of clients. Later, they took on the role of Senior Move-In Specialist, assisting with the smooth move-in process for clients. In 2023, Lillian joined UPshow as a Customer Success Specialist, utilizing their skills and experience to provide excellent service to UPshow's customers.

Lillian Kossman received a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Lillian pursued their studies in this field from 2017 to 2021.
