Nicholas Mares

Nicholas Mares is the co-founder and CEO of Upside Financing. Nicholas has a background in project management and sales, having worked with companies such as Zoomer and Curalate. Nicholas founded Kettle & Fire in 2014, which was the first company to offer shelf-stable, grass-fed bone broth. Under their leadership, Kettle & Fire grew rapidly and became a leading player in the bone broth industry. In May 2021, they stepped down as CEO of Kettle & Fire to focus on their new venture, Upside Financing.

Nicholas Mares is a Thiel Fellowship recipient.
