Yomi Ojute

Yomi Ojute is a seasoned Learning Programme Manager with extensive experience in designing and facilitating educational interventions. Currently at UpSkill Digital since September 2022, Yomi provides strategic guidance and oversees learning programs. Previously, Yomi held the position of Head of Learning and Programs at The Leadership Factory from May 2017 to February 2023, leading learning interventions while managing a team. Additionally, Yomi served as Learning Program Manager at AccelerateTV, focusing on learner admissions, onboarding, and partnerships, while also conducting program content reviews. Early career experience includes project management at Niola Cancer Care Foundation, involving client engagement and staff recruitment. Yomi holds a Master's degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and has completed management training at Lagos Business School. An academic foundation in Philosophy was established with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Lagos.
