Majhon Phillips serves as the North America Consultant Team Lead at UpSlide since November 2023, leading a team of Client Service Consultants in the emerging North America market. In addition, Majhon is the President and Founder of Music As Language, a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to helping upcoming artists, and has achieved significant revenue growth in associated ventures. Currently, Majhon also acts as a Growth Coach at Catalyst Software and is a member of the RevOps Co-op. Previously, Majhon held multiple roles at Atrium, including Sr Manager of Implementation and GTM Operations, overseeing data-driven teams focused on sales management coaching. Other notable experiences include positions with School of Rock, Ripped Jeans Records, and McGrath/Power Public Relations. Majhon holds a Master of Education in Global Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in German and Music from Southeast Missouri State University.
