Manon Germain

Manon Germain is a seasoned People Expert with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People at UpSlide since May 2022, where management of a four-person team and a commitment to unlocking employee potential are key responsibilities. Previously, Manon held roles at iziwork as an HR Manager and at OTA Insight as a Human Resources Business Partner, where strategic HR initiatives were developed across various teams. Earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Specialist position at OTA Insight and a Human Resources Trainee role at L'Oréal. Manon holds a Master's degree in Talent Development and Human Resources from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
