Bruce Howard is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at SAL'S HEATING & COOLING, INC. and Principal/Chief Executive Officer at User Friendly Home Services, Bruce also holds the position of CEO & Chairman at UpSnap and CEO at User Friendly Media. Previously, Bruce was the Chairman and CEO of Dryiiv from December 2022 to October 2023, focusing on cloud-based business management solutions for small business owners. Bruce's industry involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Association of Directory Publishers from January 2014 to March 2016. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Management from Walsh College and undergraduate education at Alma College.
