Neil Devani

Neil Devani is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in early-stage venture capital and advisory roles. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Necessary Ventures since March 2020, Neil leads investments focused on impactful missions, primarily in pre-seed stages. Through roles at Singularity Holdings VC, Upsolve, Comar LLP, and other organizations, Neil has contributed expertise in corporate and investment strategies. Neil's advisory capacities include significant contributions to companies such as Maidbot, Chameleon, and Media Mobilize, as well as mentoring startups at Alchemist Accelerator. Holding a JD from Stanford Law School and a B.S. in Pre-medicine from Penn State University, Neil combines legal acumen with a strong background in technology and healthcare innovations.
