Caroline Marshall

Caroline Marshall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer relations. As the Founder of Upsource since July 2020, Caroline has led a small team of virtual assistants dedicated to supporting business owners in achieving their goals. In June 2023, Caroline launched Bump to Business Owner, a podcast and community for female entrepreneurs who are also mothers, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities they encounter. Previous roles include Project Manager at AccuVision Laser Eye Clinic and various managerial positions at FYXER, designed to provide dedicated assistance to SMEs. Caroline's earlier career included significant positions at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, MHRA, Moor Park Capital Partners LLP, and Northcliffe Media. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Kingston University.
