Thomas Luciano

As an UPSTACK Partner and Managing Director, Tom Luciano brings extensive strategic experience to the design, deployment and management of complex IT projects for business customers. He leverages technology proficiency, practical experience, and history of success to provide services across the spectrum of data, voice, and cloud-based technologies.

Tom is an alumnus of Cable and Wireless where he spent seven years as a Chairman’s Club sales executive before establishing The Deerfield Organization in 1996. Deerfield was a forerunner among independent telecom consultancies and an early adopter of the channel sales agency model.

As an independent agent, Tom partnered on many projects with fellow agent Michael Rafferty. And, together, they founded DVP Technologies in 2000 to leverage their collaborative capabilities.

Connecticut-based DVP Technologies achieved substantial growth over the last two decades and is recognized as one of the channel’s most important independent agents. Today, Tom continues to provide expertise to a global client base servicing the legal, financial, healthcare, and commercial real estate sectors.

Over the course of his career, Tom devised and deployed unique strategies which lead to major synergies among the Commercial Real Estate sector and an ever-evolving digital technology ecosystem. These synergies bridged the gap between corporate tenants’ expanding technology requirements and the limited communications infrastructures at many commercial properties.

Tom’s expertise includes the design and support of numerous integrated technology infrastructure solutions for leading U.S. and multinational corporations.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fordham University.
