Allison Cabay

Allison Cabay is a Senior People Program Manager at Upstart, having joined in September 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at Google, where roles encompassed Global Talent Consultant in Executive Talent Intelligence, People Consultant, Knowledge Manager for Executive Search, Executive Search, and Alumni Specialist in People Operations. Prior to Google, Allison served as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter/Account Manager at Reichard Staffing Solutions and completed an HR/Recruiting Internship at OnCall Staffing, where responsibilities included managing payroll and reviewing employee documentation. Allison began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the University of North Florida, supporting survey development and data analysis. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
