Amit Patel is a seasoned professional in internal audit and financial operations with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Internal Audit at Upstart since February 2021, Amit previously held key positions such as Director of Internal Audit at Connor Group and Senior Manager of Financial Operations elsewhere. Amit’s career includes significant roles at renowned firms including Facebook, Genentech, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Amit Patel holds a Master of Science in Taxation from San José State University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has qualifications as an Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Mumbai.
