Becca Gelenberg is the Chief People Officer at Upstart. Becca has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership positions at HP and Google. Becca has a proven track record in developing and executing people strategies that align with the overall business vision. Becca is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is committed to creating an inclusive culture at Upstart.

Becca Gelenberg has a MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a BA in Math and English from Wesleyan University.

They are on a team with Jessica Fitzpatrick - VP, Customer Onboarding Operations, Annie Delgado - Chief Compliance Officer, and Alison Nicoll - General Counsel. Becca Gelenberg reports to Dave Girouard, Co-Founder & CEO.
