Chrissy Willoughby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational risk management, customer experience, and financial services consulting. Currently serving as Head of Operational Risk Management and Head of Customer Experience Lending Servicing at Upstart since October 2020, Chrissy has previously held managerial roles at Accenture and leadership positions at LendKey Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing product management and digital lending operations. With a strong foundation in treasury management and business banking from Fifth Third Bank, Chrissy began their career in the Operations Leadership Program. Chrissy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Miami University.
