Dashini Jeyathurai

Dashini Jeyathurai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and employee experience across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Upstart since September 2021, Dashini previously held multiple roles at Waymo, including Learning and Development Program Manager, where a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy for managers was created. Prior to Waymo, Dashini worked at Google as a People Ops Development Program Manager, leading onboarding initiatives for over 4,000 employees across global functions. Additional experience includes contributions at YouTube, where a Trust and Safety Knowledge Base was developed, and at Google as an Ongoing Development Program Manager. Dashini holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Women's and Gender Studies from Carleton College.
