Dave Collins

Dave Collins is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and research and development. Currently serving as a Sr. Engineering Manager at Upstart since March 2022, Collins previously held the position of Director of Research and Development at MPS from January 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included designing and implementing scalable cloud-based solutions and managing full-stack development teams. Prior to that, Collins was the President of CC-Logic, LLC, advising on complex IT projects, and held the role of Sr. VP of IT at 3PD, Inc., overseeing systems design and architecture. Collins holds an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
