Gregory Theile

Gregory Theile is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Borrower Success at Upstart since February 2022, Gregory previously held the role of Payments Associate. Prior experience includes positions such as Member Services Representative at Wheels Up, Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, Front Desk Supervisor at Vail Resorts, and Courier at HUB International. Additionally, Gregory completed a Food and Beverage Leadership in Training program at Sea Island Company. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Gregory earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2020.
