Jared Jones

Jared Jones is an experienced professional in the home lending and technology sectors, currently serving as General Manager and VP of Home Lending at Upstart since October 2021, where Jared is focused on building the company's home lending business with a product offering of Home Equity Lines of Credit. Prior to Upstart, Jared was General Manager of Home Lending at Redfin from August 2016 to October 2021, where Jared led a team in enhancing the search site and driving organic traffic growth. Jared's earlier career includes co-founding Hotspot App, working as a Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and holding various roles at Elmseed Enterprise Fund and Bain & Company.
