Jessica Fitzpatrick is the VP of Customer Onboarding Operations at Upstart. Jessica has over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and corporate strategy. Jessica started their career at Fifth Third Bank as the AVP of Retail Product & Marketing. Jessica then spent 5 years at The Columbus Dispatch as a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive. Most recently, Jessica was with Nationwide for over 8 years, where they were the Head of Partnership Platform for Corporate Strategy.
