Lesley Z currently serves as a Senior Product Designer at Upstart and the Head of Creative and Brand at 愉园社 Society of Heart's Delight, while also contributing as a Board Member and Advisor at Circle Cat 循环猫. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Roblox, where responsibilities encompassed account strategy and supporting engineering teams, and Product Design Lead at IXL Learning, overseeing the end-to-end product experience and design vision for educational tools. Earlier positions involved UI/UX design at Optym and The Center for Geographic Information Systems, alongside UX research for assistive technology projects. Lesley Z holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Affair Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Wuhan University.
