Matthew Chin

Matthew Chin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product support and customer service management. Currently, as a Senior Manager of Product Support at Upstart since March 2022, Matthew oversees two teams: Customer Support Engineers and Customer Advocacy Specialists. Prior to this role, Matthew spent over a decade at Liferay in various leadership positions, culminating in the role of Regional Support Manager for North America. Matthew's earlier career includes roles at the Rubicon Project, where responsibilities included Yield Management Specialist and Ad Operations Specialist. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach, obtained in 2008.
