Tyler Murphy is a seasoned professional in internal IT audit and risk management with extensive experience in the fintech and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Upstart since March 2022, Tyler leads comprehensive IT audits focusing on information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Prior roles include IT Audit Manager at White Mountains Capital, where Tyler orchestrated IT audit activities and SOX control testing, and IT Risk & Compliance Manager at Dunkin' Brands, overseeing compliance with various IT regulations. Tyler's earlier experience includes managing SOC and SOX audit engagements at EY and performing IT audit services at PwC. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Accounting from Babson College, along with additional studies at the London School of Economics.
