Johanna Ramb

Johanna Ramb is an equity-driven community builder and systems thinker with a strong commitment to addressing systemic injustice and expanding opportunities for historically marginalized communities. Currently, Johanna designs and implements community-centered initiatives that support over 178 social impact organizations, focusing on sustainability and access. They have previously held positions such as Vice President of Recruitment for the College Student Personnel Program and Coordinator for Basic Needs at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they oversaw significant improvements in community engagement and student support services. Johanna holds a Master's degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Florida International University.
