Megan Bernard

Megan Bernard, MSW, is currently the Operations Manager at UpStart and serves as the Program Manager for the Jewish Communal Leadership Program at the University of Michigan. With a Master's degree in Social Work and a focus on Organizational Management & Leadership, Megan has a special interest in serving Jewish communities. Previously, they held various roles at Moishe House and BBYO, elevating leadership skills among regional teens and managing community programs. Megan's foundational leadership skills were developed through multiple positions at URJ Kutz Camp over several summers.
