Britt Dalton

Britt Dalton has a diverse work experience in product management, customer experience, and advisory roles. Currently, Britt works at Upstatement as a Product Director, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Britt was a Product Manager at Upstatement from May 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Upstatement, Britt worked at EF Education First as the Director of Product Management, North American Student Tours from September 2018 to May 2021. In this role, Britt was responsible for new and existing product development, defining product marketing strategy, and managing product execution throughout the lifecycle.

Before EF Education First, Britt worked at Forrester as a Senior Advisor in the Customer Experience (CX) Council from July 2018 to September 2018, and as an Advisor, Customer Experience Council from June 2017 to July 2018. In these roles, Britt facilitated conversations among CX Council members and connected them to Forrester's analysts and research.

Prior to Forrester, Britt worked at EF College Study Tours as the Director of Customer Experience from October 2016 to June 2017, where they managed product development and the customer experience team. Before that, Britt was the Customer Experience Manager - Product, Market, and Academic Development at EF College Study Tours from January 2014 to October 2016. In this role, Britt was involved in product development, understanding customer feedback, demand, and industry trends to develop academic programming.

Earlier in their career, Britt worked at EF Explore America as an Area Manager from August 2011 to January 2014 and at Marriott International as an Event Planning role from June 2010 to June 2011.

Britt Dalton completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy from Boston University in the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Virginia Tech from 2007 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
