Casey Powers

Casey Powers, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Upstatement since April 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Director of FP&A. Prior roles include Associate VP of Finance at Material from April 2022 to March 2023, and Director of Finance and Business Design Manager at T3: Now Material between January 2018 and April 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at KPMG US where responsibilities encompassed executing complex testing strategies and collaborating with teams on financial audits. Powers began the professional journey at KPMG as an Audit Associate from September 2015 to June 2017, leading client interactions and conducting detailed test work on multi-million dollar accounts. Academic qualifications include a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
