Paul Robinson is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. Since April 2014, Paul Robinson has been serving as a Project Specialist - Structural at Upstream Engineering. Prior to this role, Paul Robinson worked at McDermott International, Ltd from August 1991 to February 2014, where responsibilities included serving as both a Structural Engineer and a Structural Engineer in Training.
