Shiba Liber

Shiba Liber is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for APAC at Upstream Security since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager and Senior Project Manager at Amdocs from March 2017 to August 2021, and a Senior Product Manager at the Prime Minister's Office from September 2011 to July 2016. Shiba began a career in analysis as a Geographical Data Analyst and Research Team Leader in the IDF Intelligence Corps from 2004 to 2009, overseeing a team of analysts. Academically, Shiba holds an M.A in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Sociology and a B.A in Sociology and Political Science, both obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
