Danielle Thomas is the VP of External Training at Upstream USA. Throughout her career, Danielle has been committed to social justice work, with a focus on shifting social and cultural norms. At Upstream USA, Danielle feels privileged to work at the intersection of education, access, and social justice.

Danielle is passionate about community building, storytelling, training and facilitation, leadership development, and counseling. She values meeting people where they are and recognizes each individual as the expert in their own lives.
