Lauren Windmeyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Upstream USA since August 2019, Lauren has played a pivotal role in developing standard operating procedures and managing business development pipelines. As Transformation Officer, Lauren led strategic initiatives during a significant company reorganization, focusing on interdepartmental alignment and the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion processes. Prior to Upstream, Lauren advanced through roles such as Strategy and Growth Manager at Global Impact Advisors and interned at organizations including Abt Associates and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
