Michaela Kiley

Michaela Kiley is a professional with diverse experience in marketing, education, and project coordination. Kiley began a career as a Marketing Intern at Big Sky Commerce, where responsibilities included organizing content for advertisements and communicating about marketing initiatives. Subsequent roles included Administrative Assistant, Catering Server, English Teacher at Sogang Language Program, and Paraeducator and English Tutor at Burlington High School, providing educational support to students with special needs. Kiley has been serving as a Project Coordinator for Practice Transformation at Upstream USA since January 2023 and previously worked as Communications & Language Access Program Coordinator at The Cross Cultural Health Care Program, coordinating healthcare training events and engaging with high-profile clients. Kiley holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a Minor in International Development from the University of Montana.
