Cliff Anderson is a seasoned petroleum engineer with extensive experience in shale completions and hydraulic fracturing. Currently serving as a Completions Consultant at Upstream International since March 2013, Cliff oversees operations in the Marcellus and Utica shale areas across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, focusing on hydraulic fracturing, snubbing, and flow back operations. Previously, as a Senior Division Engineer and Account Manager at Cudd Energy from 2010 to 2013, Cliff managed engineering teams and developed fracturing stimulations, collaborating closely with Shell and Noble Energy to optimize completions in the Marcellus shale. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech-College of Technology, earned between 1984 and 1988.
