Alaap Nair

Alaap Nair is currently a Technical Project Manager at NextEra Energy, Inc. and a Machine Learning Researcher at the Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research (BAIR) group. They also contribute to OpenAI as a ChatGPT Lab member and have experience as a Machine Learning Intern at Judgment Labs, where they created the Agent Reality Index. Previously, Alaap held roles as a VP of Finance at UpSync Consulting and a Senior Technical Consultant at Lenovo, where they developed Large Action Models for AI PCs. Alaap is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
