Nikolay Malyshev

Nikolay Malyshev has over six years of work experience, starting in 2014. Nikolay began their career at HARMAN (Symphony Teleca) as an Application Developer, where they implemented major features and improved tool performance through database tuning and refactoring. In 2016, they joined MegaFon as a Data Scientist, specializing in customer analytics. Here, they designed and implemented machine learning models for detecting profitable clients and customer turnover, as well as developing automated solutions for data preprocessing and feature engineering. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Uptick Labs, Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist and was later promoted to the role of Lead Data Scientist in September 2019.

Nikolay Malyshev graduated from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) in 2013 with a Master's degree in Fundamental Radio Physics and Physical Electronics, specializing in Physics. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates.
