Prior to joining Uptima, James was a Director at Spaulding Ridge and Simplus where he focused on digital transformation programs utilizing Salesforce and DocuSign. Those programs centered around Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, CPQ, Billing, Communities, CLM, Marketing Cloud, AI and Machine Learning.
