Ben Johnson

Ben Johnson is a seasoned technology and operations leader with extensive experience in digital strategy and project management. As Co-Founder and CTO of Uptitude Limited since March 2020, Ben drives innovation and technical growth. Previously, Ben served at GSK from January 2015 to February 2020, holding positions as Global Digital Operations Manager, Digital Strategic Programme Manager, and Performance Manager, where responsibilities included managing a vast portfolio of websites and digital initiatives, overseeing compliance and performance, and supporting strategic transformations within supply chain management. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at LogiKal and various engineering positions at MBDA. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Sussex and a PgCert in Cost Engineering from Cranfield University.
