We help create value by formally establishing the value today, and then preparing and executing a plan to optimize the future value based on the owner’s desired exit strategy.

We capture value one of three ways:  

1. Sale (merger with or acquisition by a third party);

2. Succession (internal transfer of the business);

3. Dissolution (an orderly sale of assets).
