Jack Serfass

Jack Serfass has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jack co-founded Uptown Network in 2012 and served as the CEO. The company specializes in software for the hospitality and food & beverage industry. Prior to this, they worked as a consultant and domain expert at The Infinite Growth Group from 2009 to 2017. Jack was responsible for helping major brands and growth companies develop and test new product and service concepts. From 2006 to 2011, Jack was a co-owner of Naples Tomato Franchising, LLC. In 1998, they were the President, CEO, and Co-Chairman of Bowstreet, a web services development platform. Jack also served as a board member at Nielsen/Netratings, Inc. and held various leadership positions at Preferred Systems, Inc., a pioneer in directory services management software.

Jack Serfass attended the University of Rhode Island from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
