David Woller

David Woller has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Co-op Engineer at PREMIER System Integrators, where they worked on programming and testing industrial integration/automation systems. David then worked as a Day Crew Worker at Skybar Cafe before transitioning to a Java Developer role at IQNavigator. At IQNavigator, they developed and maintained Java EE codebase and created front-end components for new features.

After that, David joined UniFocus as a Java Craftsman, responsible for creating robust Java code and maintaining back-end database components. David then worked at Sumo Logic as an Onboarding Engineer and later as a Professional Services Consultant, where they focused on post-sales onboarding, log analysis, data migration, and end-user training.

Following their time at Sumo Logic, David worked at Rollbar as a Solutions Engineer, where they provided post-sales onboarding and training for new customers. David also managed documentation and temporarily served as a Technical Account Manager and Product Manager.

Most recently, David worked at Cyral as a Forward Deployed Engineer, where they focused on post-sales customer enablement and solutions development/delivery. David improved Cyral integrations with existing SIEM tools and managed technical issues for customer accounts.

Currently, David is a Solutions Engineer at Uptycs.

David Woller obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Auburn University, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. Prior to their university education, they attended Decatur High School. In terms of certifications, David obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification from SuccessHACKER in September 2022, the CCSM Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in May 2022, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2021.
