Divakar Permalla

Divakar P. currently holds the position of VP Customer Experience at Uptycs since May 2020. Prior to this role, Divakar served in various customer experience and customer success leadership roles at IBM for over 15 years. Divakar also has experience in project management and technical architecture from previous roles at Trigo Technologies and i2 Technologies. Divakar holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, as well as a B.S in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University.
