Zach Pennington

Zach Pennington is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Uptycs since June 2022. With a long-standing tenure at ZAP Design as Creative Director since 2000, Zach has also held significant positions such as Head of Product Design at NortonLifeLock from November 2019 to June 2022, and Creative Director of Product Design at Symantec from April 2012 to November 2019. Additional roles include Senior Manager of Global UX/UI Design, Sr. Principal UX/UI Designer, and Principal UX Designer at Symantec. Previous experience includes Creative Director at Studio W / WOWIO and VP of Creative Design at Platinum Studios. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Business Intelligence from Capella University and has further educational background from UCLA.
