Eric Henderson has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 with a role as a Fine Dining Food & Beverage Server at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Eric then moved to Fox Restaurant Concepts in 2008, where they were a Restaurant Manager. In 2010, they joined Upward Projects as a Partner and Senior Director Of Operations. In 2021, they became the Business Owner of Winning Formula. Lastly, in 2022, they took on the role of Next Level Growth Business Guide with Next Level Growth, where they help Entrepreneurial Leaders Build Elite Teams.
Eric Henderson attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts from 2005 to 2006, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
