Joth Ricci is a seasoned executive and board member dedicated to mentoring and advising organizations on strategic initiatives for economic growth and equitable opportunities. They served as President & CEO at Stumptown Coffee Roasters from 2013 to 2017, where they significantly increased company revenues and successfully guided the sale process. Joth has held leadership positions, including CEO of Dutch Bros Coffee until 2023, and currently serves as Chairman of The System, Executive Chair at Burgerville, LLC, and Board Member at several companies, including The Oregon Fruit Company and Brew Dr. Kombucha. They earned a B.S. in Business Education from Oregon State University in 1991.
