Gourav Nagar currently serves as the Head of Information Security at Upwind Security, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this, Gourav was the Director of Information Security at BILL from July 2020 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading the InfoSec Team and managing Security Operations and Security Engineering units. Gourav previously worked at Uber as a Senior Security Engineer and SOC Manager, establishing the first Global Security Operations Center, and at Apple as a Senior Analyst. At EY, Gourav led Forensic Data Collection and compliance reviews for Fortune 500 clients. Initial roles included Specialist at Texas A&M University and Co-Founder at Campfestiva.com. Gourav holds a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University and has completed various courses in forensic analysis and security operations from SANS Technology Institute, among other educational qualifications.
