Janie Ly

Janie Ly is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Janie started their career at Verizon Enterprise Solutions in 2011 as an Enterprise Account Manager. Janie then moved on to work at LivePerson as a Digital Engagement Specialist from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined IBM as a Security Business Development Manager until 2018. Janie then worked at Kustomer as an Account Executive from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as an Enterprise Client Partner at NetApp. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Account Management at Upwind Security since 2023.

Janie Ly holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Monash University. Janie has also obtained certifications including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Cloud & Cognitive Patterns from IBM, and Global Sales School from IBM.
