Lavi Ferdman

Lavi Ferdman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lavi is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Upwind Security since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NetApp as the Senior Director, Strategy & GM, Israel Site from July 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining NetApp, Lavi held key positions at Spot.io, including VP, Strategy & GM, Israel HQ from January 2020 to July 2020, and VP of Global Sales from September 2017 to January 2020.

From January 2015 to August 2017, they worked at IBM as a Server Solutions Sales Manager. Lavi also held the role of z Systems Sales Manager from December 2013 to January 2015.

Lavi's earlier work experience includes roles at Mamram, where they served as the System MF Team Leader from 2011 to 2013, System MF Programmer from 2008 to 2011, and Team Leader (Unix\Linux and MF platforms) from 2008 to 2010.

Lavi Ferdman earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Lavi also obtained multiple certifications from IBM, including IBM Power Open Data Platform Sales, SAP HANA on Power Systems Sales, IBM Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure - Systems Sales, IBM LinuxONE Sales, High Performance Computing & Data Analytics Sales, and IBM Selling Profession Certification, which they achieved in January 2014.
