Vik Rozenshtrom

Vik Rozenshtrom has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Vik currently serves as the Head of People at Upwind Security since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as the EMEA Recruitment & HR Lead from December 2019 to July 2023 and also held the role of EMEA Recruiter from November 2016 to December 2019. Before joining Meta, Vik Rozenshtrom was employed at Fiverr as an HRBP, where they managed recruitment processes, daily HR operations, and designed welfare programs from June 2015 to September 2016. Vik also worked at Lacoon Mobile Security as the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager from June 2014 to June 2015 and at SeeV as a Technical Recruiter from February 2012 to June 2014.

Vik Rozenshtrom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Management from The Open University Tel Aviv.
