Yarin Pinyan

Yarin Pinyan has extensive work experience in the field of security engineering, SRE, and cloud operations. Yarin is currently a founding team member and Head of Security Engineering at Upwind Security. Prior to that, Yarin worked at NetApp as a Specialist Product Architect and later as the Head of SRE & CloudOps. Yarin also gained valuable experience as the SRE Team Leader at Spot by NetApp. Yarin began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as the Head of Department for Data Protection & Site Reliability.

Yarin Pinyan attended Amal Nofarim Bagalil High School and studied Computer Software Engineering. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2018 to 2022.
