Zach Marks

Zach Marks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and solutions architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Upwind Security since August 2025, Zach previously held multiple roles at Reach Security from June 2022 to August 2025, including Product/Customer Success Lead, where zero customer churn was achieved and over 200% net revenue retention was driven. Zach began at Reach as the Principal Solutions Architect and played a crucial role in establishing the customer experience organization. Prior experience includes roles at Palo Alto Networks and Expanse, contributing to enterprise engagement and deployment, as well as a tenure as a Senior Consultant in cybersecurity at Deloitte. Zach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
