Alec Hugo

Alec Hugo is an experienced financial and operational leader with a strong focus on sales finance and revenue operations. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Finance at Upwork, Alec previously held the role of Director of Revenue Operations at Medely, where the management of sales enablement technologies and competitive sales compensation programs was emphasized. Prior to that, Alec contributed to OpenTable in various capacities, including Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager and Senior Sales Operations Analyst, leading the design and implementation of sales compensation plans. Alec's early career included significant roles at Autodesk and Buffalo Analytics, where expertise in sales data analysis and risk management was developed. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder and training from the Enterprise Risk Management Academy.
