Jackie Shiu is a Senior Product Designer at Upwork, having previously honed their skills at Amazon in various UX design roles. Originally from Toronto, Jackie relocated to Seattle in 2018, where they continued to grow as a designer across diverse industries, including fintech and physical retail. With a decade of experience, Jackie has a proven track record of collaborating closely with business partners and engineers to create user-friendly experiences. They also contributed to marketing initiatives at the Toronto Business Development Centre and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys ceramics, exploring new places, and reading.
